ご予約の流れ　Reservation process

①下記「予約する」ボタンからお進みいただき、お申し込みください。
    Click the "Make a Reservation" button below to apply.
②《仮予約受付》の自動返信メールが送られますのでご確認ください。
    You will receive an automatic reply email confirming your tentative reservation.
③▶ご予約内容に問題がない場合・・・5営業日以内に《予約確定》のメールをお送りいたします。
     If there are no problems with your reservation,
　  you will receive a "Reservation Confirmed" email within 5 business days.
　▶ご予約内容に確認が必要な場合・・担当者より確認のメールをお送りいたします。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　またはお電話にて確認させていただくことがございます。
      If we need to confirm your reservation, a staff member will send you a confirmation email.
   
【ご予約の際の注意事項】Notes for Reservations
※ご予約に関しまして Reservations
　・雨天のみ利用のご予約は受け付けておりません。
        We do not accept reservations for rainy days only.
　・授業・講義等のご依頼は受け付けておりません。
　　産総研の広報活動として行っております出前授業をご活用ください。
　　詳しくは、産総研HPより　ホーム＞一般の方へ＞出前授業「科学講座・実験教室」をご参照ください。
       We do not accept requests for classes or lectures.
　・隣接する展示施設 AIST-Cube（旧サイエンス・スクエアつくば）は、別途団体予約が必要です。
　　当館の団体予約にAIST-Cubeの予約枠は含まれておりませんのでご注意ください。
       A separate group reservation is required for the adjacent exhibition facility, AIST-Cube.
        Please note that reservations for AIST-Cube are not included in group reservations at our museum.

※駐車場につきまして Parking
　団体バス For group buses
　・ご予約時に台数をご入力頂きますと、台数分を確保させていただきます。（最大4台）
　　状況によりお受けできない場合もございますので予めご了承ください。
       Please enter the number of vehicles when making your reservation and
        we will reserve that number for you.(Maximum 4 vehicles.) 
　・団体人数に満たないご見学の場合でも、バス駐車場のご利用がある場合は、
　　別途下記の団体見学受付までご連絡ください。

　自家用車 For private cars
　・自家用車の駐車場予約は必要ありません。乗り合わせのご協力をお願いいたします。
       Parking reservations are not required for private cars. We ask for your cooperation in carpooling.

※昼食場所につきまして Lunch
　　昼食場所は、当館前の芝生（屋外）をご利用いただけます。レジャーシート等をお持ちください。
　　屋内の昼食場所はございません。
       You may use the lawn (outdoors) in front of the museum for lunch.
        Please bring a picnic sheet or similar. There is no indoor lunch area.

ご予約の変更・キャンセル　Changing or canceling your reservation

　　ご予約内容の変更やキャンセルは、予約確定時のメールに記載されたサイトから手続きができます。
　　サイトでの手続きには「予約番号」と「メールアドレス」が必要となります。
　　ご予約日の7日前を過ぎた場合は、サイトからの手続きができなくなりますのでお電話またはメールで
　　必ずご連絡ください。
       If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, you can do so through the website listed in the email you received
        when your reservation was confirmed. To do so, you will need your reservation number and email address.
        If it is less than 7 days before your reservation date, you will no longer be able to make changes through
        the website, so please be sure to contact us by phone or e-mail.

見学当日のお願い　Requests on the day of the tour

• ● 館内では走り回ったり、大声を出したりしないでください。
•    Please do not run around or shout inside the museum.
• ● 展示物は丁寧に扱ってください。さわれる展示には表示がありますので、確認してからさわってください。
•    Please handle the exhibits with care. Exhibits that can be touched are marked with signs, so please check them before touching them.
• ● 展示室内は飲食禁止です。2階の休憩スペースでのみ飲み物を飲むことができます。
•    Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the exhibition rooms. Drinks are only permitted in the rest area on the second floor.
• ● 飲酒後の見学はご遠慮ください。
•    Please refrain from visiting the facility after consuming alcohol .
• ● 館内及び研究所内は禁煙です。喫煙所はございません。
•    Smoking is prohibited inside the building and research institute. There are no smoking areas.
• ● 館内は写真撮影可能です。他のお客様にご迷惑がかからないようにご協力ください。
•    Photography is permitted inside the building. Please be mindful of other guests when taking photographs.
